When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order. You can also email at us support@addictionnouvellelingerie.com for any questions related to your order(s).

Does Addiction Nouvelle Lingerie accept international orders?

Yes! We ship internationally to over 100 countries and territories.

What is Addiction Nouvelle lingerie’s return policy?

We want you to love what you’ve found! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a prompt credit or exchange. We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags and its original packaging.
Returning within 15 days: You will receive credit back on the initial credit card or account.
We do not accept return after 15 days; however, we can offer one-time exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
For your convenience, we can offer pre-paid return label.
or you can also ship your order yourself. If you would like to ship it back yourself, we recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
If you do so, please make sure to email us the tracking information.
In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at 310.289.8044 or email: support@addictionnouvellelingerie.com so that we can promptly send you a free return shipping label to send the package back to us at no cost to you. Your replacement items will ship free of charge.

How do I return/exchange something?

Not satisfied? We can offer full Refund or exchange if this follow our return/exchange policy.

1. Please contact us and Indicate the item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. If you wish to exchange for a different item(s), Just email us by telling us which items you'd like in exchange.

3. Let us know the brand/collection, style number, size, descriptions, color and quantity.

We are pleased to remind you that as always, we send your exchanged items back to you free of shipping charges.

Returns/exchanges can take up to 3 to 15 business days for us to receive and process.
